YOU!!!

The change in seasons and the flow of time,
Spring after autumn
And a collage of wrinkles and an age so prime.
Saline water (or tears?) that dry up now or then,
The so called memories that vanish at the count of ten.

Sun kissed days that knows no cloud,
And moonlit night with dreams abound.
I stood witness to loony gray days,
I slept through nights when ghosts staged plays.
Oceans and hills, flowers and dew,
They all were there, but what’s new?
As the first rains drenched me over
I wondered if I will be sick!
Too long to go, too much to do
At any cost, I must not be weak.
What is right? Who is wrong?
I wondered over all along.
God is not human, and He is honored with praises profuse;
But his mandala called ‘Destiny’ - 
it has got so much to confuse.
And such was life and such was I
And the walls of reality just thickened;
I had stopped believing in miracles 
And that is when ‘you’ suddenly happened!
